Timeless meets chic with the Traditions Rectangle Dining Table. Featured in the casual elegant brown Madura finish with a grey undertone, the table has vintage turned legs and is crafted of Pine and Walnut Veneer with a Solid-Wood Edge Top. Ideal for gatherings, the table has two 22-inch leaves. With no leaf, the table accommodates up to 4 side chairs and 2 arm chairs; with one leaf, it accommodates 6 side chairs and 2 arm chairs; with 2 leaves it accommodates 8 side chairs and 2 arm chairs.
Inspired by a two-week trip through Europe in search of architecture and antiques full of vintage character, Hooker Furniture introduces the Traditions Collection. Targeting a design-oriented consumer with a sophisticated style, the whole home collection – one of the largest in company history – uses familiar forms to present a nostalgic, yet comfortable aesthetic. Layered with fresh elements, the group offers an updated presentation that speaks to a storied past, yet easily transitions into today’s interiors.

Maduro, a rich brown with grey undertones. Distressing includes sandblasting, wormholes, chain distressing and rasping.
Hooker Furniture utilizes a multiple-step finish process of up to 16 finish steps. This results in an unsurpassed clarity, depth and color richness and durability to our finishes. Through hand-craftsmanship such as rubbing and padding, our finishes feel as good as they look, with a smoothness that is delightful to the touch.
Hooker Furniture uses carefully chosen solid wood and select wood veneers over durable wood products in our furniture construction. Use of veneers enables more decorative looks unattainable with solid wood. Veneers are used over durable wood products such as medium density fiberboard (MDF) and particle board, made of renewable resources. MDF and particle board are used in quality furniture for areas that need to be stable, such as large surfaces. These durable wood products do not expand and contract with heat and cold and do not absorb moisture as much as solid wood, which results in stronger and longer-lasting furniture.
